Pilates Classes


Pilates is a very beneficial addition to any exercise programme, but is also suitable for people who don't currently exercise who prefer the more controlled and gentle movements of Pilates.  

It can be challenging but can be adapted to suit all ages and abilities and therefore makes it suitable for most people. Pilates improves strength and flexibility, as well as the benefits of better posture, balance and muscle tone. Your core strength will increase and therefore the risk of back pain and injury is reduced.  If you are unsure whether Pilates would be suitable for you, then please email for advice.

There are currently four Pilates classes in Andover.

Tuesdays at 10.15am - Beginners and Mixed Ability Class 


Pilates in Picket Twenty, Andover

Mondays 7.00pm - Beginners and Mixed Ability 


Pilates at Augusta Park, Andover

Wednesdays 6.15pm - Beginners
