Pilates Classes


Pilates is a very beneficial addition to any exercise programme, but is also suitable for people who don't currently exercise who prefer the more controlled and gentle movements of Pilates.  

It can be challenging but can be adapted to suit all ages and abilities and therefore makes it suitable for most people. Pilates improves strength and flexibility, as well as the benefits of better posture, balance and muscle tone. Your core strength will increase and therefore the risk of back pain and injury is reduced.  If you are unsure whether Pilates would be suitable for you, then please email for advice.

Picket Piece, Andover

Thursday at 6.00pm - Beginners Class

Thursday at 7.00pm - Mixed Ability Class

Tuesdays at 10.30am - Mixed Ability Class 


Picket Twenty, Andover

Mondays 7.00pm - Beginners and Mixed Ability 


Augusta Park, Andover

Wednesdays 6.00pm - Mixed Ability


Classes are run in line with half terms, generally 6-8 week courses. 

Prices : Payable at the beginning of the course. e.g. 6 weeks is £42 (£7 per class).  If you miss a class one week then you are able to join one of the other classes on a different day. Any missed classes need to be taken prior to the end of the course and cannot be carried over. 

Pay As You Go option is £10 per class. 


Please bring your own mat along to the class.
