Personal Trainer Prices

£30 for one 1:1 session (1 Hour)

£230 for 8 sessions                 

£440 for 16 sessions

Group Personal Training Prices

2 training together: £20 per person p/h

3 training together: £18 per person p/h

4 training together: £16 per person p/h


(All payments are payable in advance. Bookings of 8 or 16 personal training sessions can be paid in 2 payments if required)

With the option of training with me in a small, friendly gym in Andover or at your home, you can benefit from a one to one personal trainer in an environment in which you feel most comfortable. The gym in Andover that I use offers all the equipment needed for varied sessions and has a private gym studio if you need time to gain confidence and feel comfortable.

Can I Lose Weight With A Personal Trainer?

If your goal is to lose weight with a personal trainer then I will create a fitness and weight loss program designed specifically for you. I look at your current diet and eating habits and work with you to help you adopt healthy eating habits that are sustainable. With weekly food diaries and weigh in's, body fat percentage measurements, a weekly meal plan to follow if you wish and recipes and advice on what foods are going to aid weight loss, my personal training programs give you all of this as well as guidance on proper exercise technique.

All clients are asked to complete a medical and health questionnaire which will enable me to assess your current health and physical ability and suitability for exercise. I offer a FREE fitness consultation so that you are comfortable with me as a personal trainer and in the environment that we intend to train.
