Personal Trainer Prices

£30 for one 1:1 session (45 Mins)

£230 for 8 sessions                 

£440 for 16 sessions

Group Personal Training Prices

2 training together: £20 per person session

3 training together: £18 per person session

4 training together: £16 per person session


(All payments are payable in advance. Bookings of 8 or 16 personal training sessions can be paid in 2 payments if required)

Can I Lose Weight With A Personal Trainer?

If your goal is to lose weight with a personal trainer then I'll look at your current diet and work with you to help you adopt healthy eating habits that are sustainable.

Training sessions include:
