                                            Tofu Chilli Noodles

  • 200g firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 300g stir fry veg
  • 2tbsp water
  • 2 large, chopped tomatoes
  • 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Cook the noodles.

Cut tofu into chunks and blot dry on kitchen roll.

Heat large pan with sesame oil and cook Tofu for 4-5 mins. Set aside.

Add veg to the pan with the water and cook for 2 mins on high heat.

Add tomatoes and chilli sauce and noodles and cook for 2 mins.

Add Tofu and serve.

Serves 2
