Eggs for breakfast!
We all know eggs are good for us....full of vitamins and minerals, all 9 essential amino acids as well as rich in iron and low in calories.
Full of protein, they are a breakfast that will keep you feeling fuller for longer, which in turn means you won't be tempted to snack on things you shouldn't!
Not only that, they are so versatile.....scramble them with avocado and tomato, poach them with toasted rye bread, boil them and dip in fingers of pitta or try a veggie packed omelette or frittata.
Eggs are definitely a dieters best friend, and a great natural protein snack for when you're training too.
